Coleophora ahenella Heinemann & Wocke, 1877

A rare species in Belgium.

The larval stage lasts two years. The usual foodplant is Rhamnus cathartica, but the species has also been found on Viburnum, Cornus, Loniceraetc...

The adults fly in June.
