Coleophora artemisicolella  Bruand, 1855

A rare species in Belgium.

The larva lives in a case on Artemisia vulgaris. Pupation in the case attached low down on a stem.

The adults fly in one generation a year during July and August. They are active at sunrise, in the evening and at night and come infrequently to light.
