Limenitis camilla (Linnaeus, 1764)

A widespread species in Belgium, but local and becoming rather rare. Locally common in some parts of the province of Limburg and in the south of the country.

The larva lives on Lonicera or Symphoricarpos.

The adults fly in June and July.
