Pandemis corylana (Fabricius, 1794)

A rather common species throughout Belgium.

The larva lives on different species of deciduous trees, like Fraxinus, Corylus, Prunus, and Quercus.

The adults fly from mid June towards early September but mainly during July and August. They come to light.
